my tom tom says chisnall lane chorley is this correct as canot find postcode .

Greg I have just been to Coppull today and then on to Preston for a spin.

Check your sat nav isn't taking you to a Chisnall Lane on the other side of the motorway.

I did it on mine and it was the wrong side.

I have updated the information in my previous Post.

The name of the Pub is the alison arms and its post code is PR7 5DU

If you look at my map you will see a Chisnall lane on the other side of the Motorway.

The Chisnall Lane you want is on the right hand side of the map on the A49 (Preston Road) opposite the Alison Arms Pub PR7 5DU

i hate bllody driving ,1 hour and 15 mins approx .plus ten mins lost lol

I have

1pc Crank (180mm)
44t Chainwheel
Silver stem (SR/Suntour type)
GT Freestyle (Slightly longer than the other stem and slightyl ahead as well)
I have 1 spare chain which you can have (Just buy me a new one to replace it)

I do not have a BB for the 1 pc crank.

I busted my BB getting it out so I used a sealed Odyssey one.

It might not be totally busted but I used a screwdriver and the bb cups have a few dents on the inside. They might not have damaged the bearing side.

If you haven't got a BB then LMK and I will check it out tonight and see if its usable.

I will bring my BB Cup Press with me along with my big hammer so if we need to stick a new BB in then its no problem.

So I went to Coppull today.

Did a few laps to try out my Haro.

I used a 43t then changed it to 44t for the 2nd lap.

44t seemed better.

It was really windy though!!!!

Then I went to Preston to have a few go's aroung their track.

It was quite busy.

A few mini-chavs aged 10-12 challenged me to a race and a twentysomething chap on an MTB came along for the thrill.

I did the Pro Course section while they did the Normal section.

I whooped their asses. That'll teach the little upstarts!!!!

Then all these mini-chavs had a go of my Haro and they seemed to like it and they were quite surprised by the short rear end of the bike.

It was a good little run out.

Well 6-7 laps round a track is enough practice for me.

I dont want to overdo the training before Sunday.

I just want to make sure I beat Creamy or I will never hear the end of it!!!

right russ the assasin is race prepped for ya just in case.
hope ya like big bars lol
got 4 top hat washers for 3 piece cranks see if any fit .
also gonna list few bitas for sale to bring with me saves postage if ya want owt give me shout ill bring it along .
my footpump is paggered so hopefully someone will bring summat as chaged tyres and only got bout 20 lbs in each tyre on both bikes

I'm bringing a pump!!

We're up to 14 riders if Dan Dare turns up

The South had 15 Riders for Round 1, 13 Riders for round 2 and 9 riders for round 3.

So lets try and keep ahead of them.

We had 18 for round 1 and hopefully 14 for round 2.

We'll show those Southern Softies how to hold an OS Series!!!!

I'm up for that Russ.

I live on the Lake District so its closer for me than most.

RIDER UPDATE!!! Make that 15 riders if anyone has a spare ride!

One of Creamy's mates is coming but he's a bit scared!!!

He has been in some MTB Downhill races (according to Creamy) so WTF has he got to aprehensive for.

So if anyone has a spare ride going then its up to 15.

My one and only goal is to beat Creamy.

Please God grant me this wish!!!!
