yeah the bottom paragraph does look suspicious but same old rule applies,don't let anything go until the money has been cleared in your bank account and with something like this you can also get it verified with your bank also

lol... Heres the response I got to that last email (I sent it to him bout 15 times and got 15 identical replies.... lol)
