Lesson 1
Stand in the middle of the lounge
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. holding your hands in front of you in line with your waste.
Now make your hands, like an action mans hands (remember BITD)
Now stand there and envisage you you are a BMX king, don't worry about looking like you have shit your pants. just think BMX KING, BMX KING, BMX KING.
Now jump and twist your hips in the direction you want to spin.
