The ultimate bmx bike part
« on: December 22, 2005, 07:53 PM »
Am I missing out out on something in my collection of retro BMX's. I have fought hard to win a pair of Vector forks, got lucky on some Hutch cranks, been just in time on an ESP stem amoungst alot of other stuff!

But there is just one thing that is missing? And now after spotting it its obviously  more important than certain bike part - it is of course the leather sofa bike stand! Every collection it seems has one, usually at the back of the shot! I'm begining to think that the rather tasty bikes seen alongside so many leather sofas are just a cover for secretly displaying your real pride and joy - a leather sofa!

Should we request a new museum for these cow hide benches?

Should the guys at rad start up a sister site called radleathersofas.co.uk?

Lets get some feed back from you guys out there in radland. Lets talk about your secret leather cravings, a problem shared is a problem halfed.
Get it out in the open and lets beet this horrible afliction before it ruins this great website.

A leather Kashimax MX is as far as I'll go. Cheaper shipping too!.... unless you're in Germany! - only joking

Like I said lets get this out in the open and fight it?

JJ

Next weeks discussion - WOOD/LAMINATE FLOORINGS!

MEERY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL OUT THERE IN RADLAND

Well done Dave.

I wonder how many others will have the strength to stand up and be counted.

We know the usual suspects, great bikes, but their sofas aint so cool. Some people get alot of flack for their choice of wallpaper, well i suggest we go a bit further and 'out' these leather bench fanatics.

Does anyone know if Radman has a leather bench? C'mon someone spill the beans on Britains nearest offering to the Haney's.

daz bmx it!

Well i had to sell my leather sofa to fund buying one of my all time fav bikes :santa_afro: I must add that it is JJ's fault as he sourced the affore mentioned bike :santa_lipsrsealed: I am happy to sit watching tv on said machine but her in doors is finding the laminate flooring rather cold :santa_lipsrsealed:

That bike you mentioned is soooooo much better than a leather sofa! One less leather bench cluttering up good bike displaying space I say.

Merry Christmas!..... I'm of to DFS on Boxing Day!!!! Gonna snag me a bargain!

In the kitchen in front of the cooker is the way to go  :crazy2:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'
