does anybody have any idea what modern day rims share the same profile as Araya 7's? Sun CR18 and Rhyno's look close...

Most modern rims are way chunky & heavy.I run Sun Rhino Lites XL`s,strong,light and not overpriced,and quite a slim profile.

rhyno's are great rims, the city lites have a similar profile, the ditch-witch might be worth a gander too

vegas hoops are similar to an araya aero,

what about the araya super 7x?

not modern day rims but Proclass rims were the same I think but with holes in.

Can you get Vegas Hoops in the UK yet? I had a super 7x a while back,but the alloy was reaL soft-dented too easily.

Vegas hoops have been & gone , they're no longer made . I searched long & hard for the set I have and was heavy on the sniper when some appeared on ebay.com a while back

. The guy that used to make them was notoriously difficult to contact/deal with , apart from his sponsored US racers I guess
