ROCHDALE BMX TRACK

[HEYWOOD BMX]

  Anyone ever ride at the old Rochdale track BITD? Any pics would be especially welcome.The track is still just about there,but you`d need a full susser just to get round it.Shame,as it is downhill and could be a killer track if it was ever rebuilt.I`d say it would have been a much better track than nearby Heywood.

the company i work for was going to rebuild it last year . Space fruit was going to project manage it but it would cost to much . It did have massive potential . The downhill section was mint

When the club was planning a move they asked us, their riders, which were our fave tracks and they said they wanted to build a track that incorporated about 3 or 4 tracks, with one of them being C0cksmoor.  I guess thats the downhill part mentioned above.  I never got to race it, packed in just before the move
