what are these fork's any idea!

They look like generic Tange ARX copies, Moore and Large used to import these and I'm sure Landar marketed a similar if not the same set

are they open ended at the bottom, i.e. not blanked off

sorry took so long to re-post,  they are Closed ended, there is still some bits of red (metalic I think) paint. i was thinking of selling them
