Kuwahara Champion
« on: March 21, 2008, 11:31 AM »
Firstly thanks to Bodamus for the trade ;)

I needed a longer TT for O/S racing as the Kuwi Survivor is tiny and I kept bending seatposts (usually with me knackers  :'( ) and banging me knees.
So here is my new steed, O/S legal Kuwahara Champion 21" TT and not a layback in sight.

I have not built this to be O/S purist, it is to blast (or gently wobble) round a track as it was intended.
Having raced 3 times now and really enjoyed the racing and the company  ;) I deemed the frame change necessary

not put the Decals on yet (thanks again Ian  ;) may leave it for a while till I have jumped it and got used to it
Whats the matter Kid, don't ya like clowns? Don't we make you laugh? Aint we fukkin funny?

I like the looks of that for OS racing (headangles not too steep as to cause heart attacks when going down Hartlepool  ;D)
Why oh why do I still buy kids bikes!

Phil people post bikes and get ribbed for not building with a chain ,,
but no cranks FFS  :crazy2:

You'll need some serious pump action to get round the track

unless it's Hartlepool

Be good to see ya at a meet  ;)

I've never see a 'Kuwahara Champion' before... is the head angle not too steep or is it the seat tube angle that's making it look shallow?
