Well, back in the day we wanted to be Roger Decoster etc so we put fake tanks and fenders on our bikes.
A bit silly now perhaps, but cool back then.

Here is an old Bikette (72?) Catalog showing a different tank.  This was Mike Devitt's old company, as you guys know Devitt went on to other companies such as SE and not long ago, Alliant Bikes.





And believe me, it would be a boring interview.. But I'm up for a RadBMX shirt I can wear at the next gathering
