Stem question
« on: March 11, 2008, 09:41 PM »
Is the stem on a proclass just a normal SR stem or is it an SR stem with Pro class stamped across the top of it ?   Anyone got a good photo of one?  Cheers.

More like an ACS stem with Pro Class forged into it  :daumenhoch:

Yeah the bottom was black the top was chromed  the font was the same as the frame down tube decal. the top came around the stem bolt unlike SR's

It could be that SR made the ACS Stoker Stem and the Pro Class Stem, here's pic of the ACS one; I'll see if I can find a piccy of a Pro Class one  :daumenhoch:

Thanks to SteveP for posting this in a Pro Class thread, you can see the stem here and the similarity to the ACS Stoker stem...
