in a nutshell, you dont.

unless its really sunny, and you can leave it in direct sunlight for a few hours at a time..it will start to go back.

arnaud double chevers, my favourite petit pois from over the pond has done with with a kashi and it worked a treat.

i bleached mine and fooked it right up :2funny:

wait for summer and hope no one nicks it.

The sun bed will do a similar job to the sunshine, its just the effect of UV light on the plastic.

Although from experience I know that UV light fooks plastic, so could well discolour it further unless there is definite proof this method has worked.

Munners thought of that as he was unable to get sun in the UK  ;)

The "real" sun works a treat, I did it a few times, quite a long process, but harmless and efficient.
Expect a few weeks.. say 3 or 4..
Don't ask me how it chemically works, I originally thought it would yellow the white plastic too.

Which material is the Elina? Nylon as the Kashis?

A few pics, already posted I think...

Beginning.. a NOS seat half yellowed

After, the same seat (in front) the one behind is an used one, not really yellowed, who knows why...

These pics should be redone with an accurate white balance setting to make the sun bleach effect even more evident

So are yellowed seats rarer then ?  :daumenhoch:

Because everywhere else has better weather than here .  :'(

How long would it take to go back yellow then after it s left France ?  :crazy2:

Good question..
I kept this seat in my darker closet for about 6 months, with no noticable effect, then sold it to JT who didn't complain yet   ;)
