In my recent and limited dealings with Biagio I was more than impressed. As a novice I asked if I could have a pair of skyways with a freewheel attached to rear hub (wasnt sure myself), and sure enough when the wheels arrived they had the freewheel fitted (at no extra charge apart from the parts themselves)...
