right, I'm bevvied up so sorry if i break the rules.

mr I'm a f***ing messer adenough acdepted my offer for his frame, I only wanted the frame, but some one else wanted his forks, so i made the offer.

got this reply, quoting my message:

"sounds good to me"

so, bearing in mind that was a reply to my offer, I took that to mean my offer was accepted.

then i send a message to sort where he is so i can collect and he replies "what was was talkin bout?lol"

turns out after accepting my offer he sold to someone else.

a complete twunt and I'm not happy.

i think the mods should consider if he's a member we need.

I don't think I'm being unreasonable, i made an offer that, as far as i can tell, was accepted.

now I'm f***ing pissed off.

but it's no big deal I just won't deal with him again.

I'm with Tim on this one.

There has been a few times I have agreed to buy stuff and then found the same bits for sale at a cheaper price.

But I have never backed out of a deal and I never would.

I have Dib dobbed a couple of items and asked some questions or asked to see some pictures before I commit to buying. But if I say I'm buying it then thats it.

Judge Judy wouldn't look to favourably on it either. She'd kick some ass!!!
