Some Mongoose completes had frame numbers starting with HAM I think maybe 2-3 years back. The problem with identifying most new school stuff is that its all so similar it's hard to tell different companies stuff apart these days. Those forks look very similar to what came on the Mongoose Legion 2007 but that was orange and you say this one was probably black originally. To conclude: I've been no help whatsoever
memory like a sieve zed , check previous page lol
what was this thread about again ?i cant remember what were trying to id anymore it was a kettle wasnt it
I'm actually thinking this is a DK now - take a look at this 2008 frame on this bike here:http://www.mailordercycles.co.uk/products.php?plid=m21b25s191p7207&z=7977There's loads of similarities, check the ends of the seat and chainstays, the wishbone at the bb, the downtube gusset. It could be a DK complete say maybe 2007 or 2006 - earlier would probably had larger dropouts. The fact it has a US bottom bracket and small dropouts suggest its not that old but maybe a lower end complete bike which has obviously had upgrades.Tell your mate I'll buy his Profiles for £5 so he's £2 in profit already
Pah - foiled again It was the seatclamp that got me thinking cos it seems strange to put a big dk seatclamp on aftermarket
Ah I see - throwing me red herrings There's a possibility its from a We The People complete actually. This is too difficult for my old brain - I'm off to the pub
