At the old MK track ( Bleak Hall / Elfield Park ) early/mid 83 .

Peterborough , could be late 83 .

this is what i had, got it xmas 85, i think it was only around for 1 year, then they changed to the mach one.

Certainly is JJ, Bournemouth National 1985. Dave and I were from the same region and seemingly used to swap the No 1 plate each year. Kevin Hayes was a damn good bloke, good rider also.

I bumped into Kev last night at the till in Morrisons

Not seen him for 20 years. One of the fastest rider ever to come out of the North East, he went onto race on the boards and I believe he represented the GB at the Commonwealth games. He's looking at racing the IOM TT

next year as a sidecar passenger
