Hopefully picking up a Pro Class at the weekend, how can i tell if it is one or not?

TT length and also the rear loop tube size. Also if the downtube is bigger than the top tube, it may be a Rupe.

Trouble is I can't remember what the sizes are.

This is mine (look how thick the seat/chain stays are).

I know!  he's had it hanging up in his workshop for years! and he just said to me that as i love BMX's i'm more than welcome to it!

he said he's got Skyway bars and other parts but he said they're all a bit rusty now.......so a nice little resto project to keep me quiet  :daumenhoch:

i'm sure he'll get a few drinks out of it though..........but no mention of dry bumming please!  :shocked:

Just found some more details

PROCLASS...wheelbase 35 1/8- 36 7/8
top tube o.d. 1 1/8 down tube 1 1/4 frame weight 3 lbs 13 oz ....top of the line
all from bmx action test......


Here's the test and some other bits Pro class from 82 Rupe I think from late 84








here's a pic of a chrome one too (don't have the rest of the test)
