Unreal Dan

Why did you super chrome it with the BB and head cups in?  ???

 :4_17_5:

;D ok if you look close, there only tapped in a short way, works as  mask to stop the paint

where the cups go, after painting just tap them out and hey presto the perfect masked line :daumenhoch:

Dan,

Would you be able to get a consistent finish with an alloy frame and cro mo forks? I have a Race Inc sat here that is the anno blue, not dissimilar to the candy finish - so it may be easier to get a powder job rather than sending the frame off for other specialist treatment!

Cheers

Paul

ps just pm'd with question from a mate

yes mate your right but on the candy it's two coats apllied so the masking tape goes so thick and hard that you litterally

have to chisel the tape off so the cups was just an idea i tried :)

I didnt like the colour i was born with, every day ppl mistaking me for Mr Blobby. For a lot of years i was trapped inside a Pink hell,

then one day i met Dan, he knew straight away about my yearning. He stripped back years of self doubt and made me into the Kuwi i am now. I would like to Thank Dan and the work he does for old timers like me, if it wasnt for him i dont know if i could have Freestyled again. All i want to do these days is dance, dance with all them pretty Performers and well HERE I AM !!!!!

Thank you Dan, with out you id be Pink  :daumenhoch:

Brilliant thread and amazing paint work indeed :4_17_5:

This was previously Motomags ride and had the ''Hand of God'' (aka SBD) on it. Now  I've always been into chrome frames, but this caught my eye at MK08, because it's unusual and the paint work (and not forgetting Del's decals :4_17_5:):

Got a Mongoose Decade Pro frame, all prepped by Sawzall (another top man of Rad :4_17_5:) just needs a very light sand blast and a case of decidng what colourway, something fluroscent/wild/3 colours.
Dan I'll be in touch at somepoint buddy, not sure when but you're the man  :daumenhoch:
