can some one tell me what way to turn the freewheel to get the thing off im having a mental blank trying to remember things 2day   :D

To find which way to remove it, spin the freewheel.  One way it will spin (& makes a clicking noise), that is the direction of removal.

put the freewheel remover on, then a wheel nut loose so it wont fall off, then clamp the tool in a vice and turn the whole wheel anticlockwise, no more smacking knuckles on the floor :)

or go to any local bike shop and they'll most likely take it off fro nowt ;) (did with mine today 8))

dont do what i did, and accidently disassemble the thing instead of taking it off .. ball bearings everywhere !!!
