How to rattle can spray a f/f.. what do i need?

Looking at painting my pro racer myself..in plain white.
Can someone please post a quick n easy guide for a decent finish.

lol.. powders sooo last year
dodgy hung in the garage covered in dust fooked up runny paint finishes are back.. :daumenhoch:

just get dan to put it out side whilst wet lol
i just heat the parts up with a heat gun then use rattle cans from carrs paint shop

remove old paint with paint stripper then sand down with 500-600,then degrease and a light dusting of etch primer,2 or 3 coats of high build primer wet flat with 800 -1000 wet and dry,degrease again then spray 1 light coat and finish with a couple of wet coats ;)

Dont do it when its damp outside as it just wont harden properly

put the cans in hottish water.


its all in the sanding. you can spray any old shit. if you cut the paint right, it will be mirror.

 :idiot2:  ;D is that some kind of old pre war type finish, fasinating :shocked:  no seriously, good luck with it,

it's all in the prep, so one tip, dont worry how the primer looks, if the frames pited or small dings, flood it on then

flat it off following the shape of the tubes, it will come out perfect :daumenhoch:
