One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

I have a bit of a soft spot for these american POS

1985 Huffy Pro Racing 50, weighs next to nothing, shimano coaster brake all original when i bought it

bought from ebay for £12 and looked like this

arrived with me like this

currently looks like this

Stil has original sticker from the manufacturer

It's sat at the moment waiting for me to put on a sweet set of KKT AMX pedals in gold a longer crank, layback seat post, mushroom grips, and a set of pads, will post new pics on completion

Mid/late 90's Huffy, model unknown, interesting frame made me buy it, frame made from scaffold poles i swear but still lighter than my M80, currently has upgraded tektro brakes and chrome wellgo 1/2 pedals and a vader pink saddle, along with repro mushroom grips

this is how it arrived with me

this is it now as my gf's daily rider

2003 M80 Cory 'Nasty' Nastazio Signature Edition Pro

My dirt track rider, takes a good beating and gets back up and asks for more

cromo frame, tektro brakes, blank saddle, stolen bar ends, snafu pedals

how it arrived with me

and how it stands today, a little grubby i know

My first post and my first old school ride, purchased of a chap on gumtree earlier this evening, my 1981/82 Pro Lightning survivor....

The seat has been replaced at some stage and it has two different tyres and brake cables so I'm guessing they have been changed too, but as far as I can tell the rest is original. The only thing missing is the zeronine number plate.

I'm going to give it a good clean and new brake cables, maybe new tyres and pedals and then just ride the fekker. All the bearings seem smooth, apart from the pedals, the wheels are straight and true and theres plenty of meat on the brake pads and minimal wear on the rim surface. Theres no rust to speak of but plenty of scrapes and the gold laquer is flaking in places but its in good nick for a survivor. I'm well chuffed with it  :).
