I have got all of my BMX Action Bikes, BMX Bi-Weeklys, BMX Biker Monthly's, Freestyle BMX, BMX Racer & Freestyles, BMX Plus magazines and General and Freestyle Books up and running on my site.   I haven't added any thumbnails yet.

Could someone test my website out for me and make sure it is working okay.

If anyone has a Apple Mac or is using a different browser to Internet Explorer, then that would help too.

If you click on the file it will load into the Frame.

Remember you can right-click the downloads and select "Save As" if you want to download them to your PC.

Please Post a response.   I'd like to know if its working and downloading alright or not.

Thanks

Thats very helpful its33.

What exactly is not working.

All of it?

some of it?

What browser are you using?

Give me a bone man.  I'm not a mind reader.

Sorry if I don't sound to grateful for the response but I've spent the last 9 hours learning how to do this sh't.

All I know is it works on my PC using IE.

A little help is required if you can be bothered.  A simple "Not working mate" doesn't help me at all.

At the end of the day, I already have all of this content.   I'm trying to share it with this community.

If you could tell me whats wrong  then maybe I could fix it!!!!

Thank you

P.S. Thanks kuwahero for your reply.  I'm glad its working for you.

Partly not working on Firefox on my Mac. The category links work ok. But all the magazine, books, etc links dont

keep getting following message

404 Error - Not Found
The resource you have requested could not be found on the server. There are many possible reasons for this. Either the file does not exist, there is an error in your request, or the file is not accessible in the requested directory. Please verify that:

    * You have used the proper case; requests ARE case-sensitive!
    * You have entered the URL correctly. (i.e. proper directory/filename)
    * You used the FULL URL. (i.e. proper file type: .html, .gif , .jpg, etc.)
    * You use a tilde (~) before user directories. (i.e. www.furcen.org/~jurann/ )
    * The user/file still exists on this server.

hope this helps. need anything else let me know

Marc

Nice one kuwahero.

How many browsers are out there?

Could you list them.   I need someone to try them all.

I wrote a program to create all my website HTML files by scanning the directories and filling in the HTML code.

Once its fully bug tested and the rest of the stuff is added, ie.  thumbnails and descriptions etc, etc.  Then whenever I upload any scans I just run the program and its all updated.  Piece of cake.

Thanks

the ones I know off are ie, firefox, safari and there is another mac one called opera. I think most pc owners either use ie or firefox and mac users safari or firefox. so if they are ok then you should be ok.

i'm not to good with html. I did a site on dreamweaver but it does most off it for you.  :daumenhoch:

http://www.allianceltd.co.uk nothing to do with me anymore. I think its shit now. the guy who took over from me has fooked it in my opinion.

I checked it on google after I posted.

I feel such an ass!!!

Time for bed.  I've stuck at this PC for most of the day and my brain is fried.

If it all looks like its working then I move onto the next step, Thumbnails.

And I'll try and get the Archive - Knowledge Base up and running too.

My other download site is at 20% after 2 days.   So it should stop downloading after 10 days, if the rate stays constant.

I'll try and get this new site fully operational within the next week, if I'm lucky.

Thanks for your help.

Good work Moley, I personally hate frames, and so does Google for indexing.

But good to get all the issues up there.

Could someone please try the BMX Racer & Freestyle magazines.

The reason Firefox wasn't working correctly was due to spaces in the filenames.  I sorted that out.

I was just wondering about the "&" character.  I think it might be a special one.

It works on Internet Explorer but everything worked on IE.

Thanks
