Look, I have to learn somewhere. I had a look at the doubles at Coppull and my brain froze. As a spotty yoof, I wouldn't have even looked twice at it. I would've just jumped the damn thing.I have re-learn the things I once knew.I have had only had about 2 hours riding experience on a BMX and what I knew 20+ years ago has desserted me.It will help me learn to jump without any danger and will help build my confidence again. It will help with my timing of jumps as I spring off it to get some air rather than just ride off it. As a basic learning tool it couldn't be better. When you first ride a bike and you build a ramp. You dont build it 10ft high, you start off small and build your way up. They say "its just like riding a bike, you never forget" Blah, blah. But it isn't, Riding a bike is easy, Re-learning timing, control, balance etc, etc takes time. All you riders you have been riding the last 20+ years might have got fatter or slower but you wont have lost any of your basic skills. I'm not that fortunate. You might scoff at me with your fancy ramps and splines but out of small acorns grow mighty oaks!!!
