Help with bike i.d.

Anyone know anything or recognise anything about this bike?  Looks like it has a 3 piece crank, but other than that dont know year, spec or anything other than cheap.

what do the stickers say?

to me that looks like a regular old type bike crank...with cotter pins. i might be wrong.

Not exactly sure this is what spring to mind when thinking 3 pc cranks  ;)
Could it be a five pc with the 2 cotter pins??
