Coyote Acid Skull UPDATED PICS
« on: February 26, 2008, 10:30 AM »
the postied dropped this baby through my letter box this morning courtesy of the fantastic Dibly.

Only just started getting it together, hoepfully get a chance to try it out at the weekend. Gotta say considering where this bike is priced, rrp £200, you get a lot of bike. The paint job is gorgeous, I'll try to get some better photos later, and whilst the spec isn't full of named parts the stuff seems ok. Tektro U brakes, gyro, tektro levers, alex rims and kenda tyres.
Most importantly it looks like it'll take my weight, 14mm axles front and back.  :LolLolLolLol:

I did need a crowbar to get the front wheel in the forks, but that might be down to the carrier.

I know I won't be giving it as much air as CBCL gives his coyote, but I'll be giving it a go.  :daumenhoch:

I ust admit on the Acid Skull the decals kind of spoil the nice paint. but it's their first effort, so they'll get better I'm sure.

no point in just sucking your dick mate is there. you need constuctive critism. to be honest on a new school bike it matters
not because the first thing most people (i hesitate to use the word "kids")do  is rip the stickers off.

come on, I reckon one of the first things you decided to change on the next bikes is the decals...be honest now.   :LolLolLolLol:

but then someone might love the decals. it's just an opinion...and I'm criticising the decals because they are on top of some
damn fine paint.  :daumenhoch:

the head tube decal is fine and the Acid Skull decal. it's just the main Coyote logo

oh and me chain's too tight but I'll stick another one on...it's the least I can do.  :LolLolLolLol:

I've not ridden it yet, but I love it.

I tell you, this one looks pretty damn solid. I'll get some proper pics tonight, that pic's just a camera phone.
I'll get some close ups of the drop out and the welding.

he paint is great and everything else seems pretty great too considering the price (£200 rrp)
