for gods sake get off it now and check all the bolts.....then double check that there's any greese in the bearings!

probably took about 6 hours spread over three nights, use superglue on all the hard bits (tube joins etc.) takes most of the time, then the long runs of tube are pretty quick with wallpaper paste.
