The funniest thing I've heard for a while
« on: February 24, 2008, 01:06 PM »
Last night at Creation, on the vert ramp we were treated to some awesome riding. Watching Paul Meacher ride is always awesome and he was going so BIG!!! Last night we also had the priviledge of watching Gerry Galley rip too.  Nice 540's by both of them.  Gerry was also getting some huge air.

But the funniest thing was at the end of the night, when Tom who works there was emptying the park.  He saw Gerry ride over from the vert ramp and started talking to him about it.  He didn't see Gerry ride, but what he said to him cracked me up. He asked him if he managed to ride in on the vert ramp. Gerry with a very straight face, somewhat bemused i think, just replied "yeah i did". Tom replied, "it's scary isn't it?".  I told Tom later, that Gerry was actually blasting 10ft airs just before he came in.

Reading what I've just typed doesn't actually sound that funny :( so I guess you just had to be there. But I was p*ssing myself nevertheless.  :2funny:

didnt slam just hurt his back, vicky said it normally happens about 30 minutes before he stops riding , something about getting out of driving home.
