i know they don't do too much BMX stuff....but they offer a great service!  i needed some new leg pads so ordered some yesterday afternoon, the postie just knocked on the door with them in his hands!  and that was with free postage!

used them many times for my MTB stuff but i have to say they offer great service and free postage  :4_17_5:

I've had quite a few dealings with chain reaction for mtb stuff mostly, they're always top notch with deliveries & customer service  :daumenhoch:

Have used Chainreaction a few times myself, never had any problems but have only bought mtb parts from them.

Used a few times for mtb stuff, only had two issues where they sent the wrong stuff and then charged me a returns fee when I sent them back.  Quickly sorted it out though and refunded the fee and sent the correct items so no real probs with them.

Good one Chewy  :knuppel2:  ;)

I ordered a new front wheel for my MTB , out of stock but usually available in approx 2-5 days . Left it about 10 days & got onto them , guy says no idea when it's coming into us . Following day , sorted another ( NOS Middleburn hub in Mavic rim , been hung in the shop sometime for £20  ;) ) so cancelled order at 1.40pm that day . Get an email from CRC at 7pm that night saying my order has been despatched ! ( yesterday they did'nt have it or know when they'd get it  ::) ) . Sent them email saying I cancelled order because I'd asked for alternative that morning but no reply , they said return it so Parcelforce guy turns up & just told him I did'nt want it & he took it away with him .

This was about 2 weeks ago , my debit card was credited yesterday .

Apart from this , all dealings with them have been stellar  ;) . Just never order something that's out of stock because they don't really know their arse from their elbow ..... lol .
