he thought it was a dirt jump comp an was going for a front flip but did not make it was put off by those other guys

There is a lot to be said for keeping both wheels on the ground...  ;D ;D  :daumenhoch: and leave those 'clips' alone...  :idiot2:

After my accident two weeks ago i cringe now every time i see something like this. This looks as hairy as hell, he has got to of done some damage there.
I was watching a video this afternoon on Alans bmx site, hell one kiddy on there had an awful accident. Seeing things like this and the way i'm feeling today makes me wonder if i really do want to ride a track again.
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

Thats what I would have said the problem was. Get the "flats" on there so you can always get off if you need to.

Deffo the cause of the problem, on a BMX they are devils pedals for sure  >:D

I'm looking forward to using clips on my new school, don't know what all the fuss is about.

I put them on my old school and was so much faster it was unreal.

Bring on 30+ this year.
