Ripper XL Serial Numbers (pics added)

Is anybody familiar with how to date Ripper XL's? I just got a Pitbull braked one and the serial number is PK0008 does this mean it was the 8th one made of is there a year stamp somewhere else that I'm missing.

PS it's a right Feeking state lots of hard work coming up to get this one race worthy
