hutch trickstar finished...
« on: February 03, 2008, 04:50 PM »
....nearly finished this build, but its taken me ages to get it to this point, & I'm dead chuffed the way its looking so far ::)

Thought you might like to see the build, swapped the frame with MarkJ, but it was white & I've a white master. So first off strip it back.
Got various bits from other radsters & us ebay.

Finally ready to go off to paint

Couple of weeks later

Thanks to Del and Mark J for decals, really chuffed with them

Thought I'd show you some of the details,

So its nearly finished now.

This is my third build now, really pleased with it, but love to here everyones thoughts, good or bad ???

Not sure how much this has cost me, to scared to add it all up :-X

Looks lush - got an horrible feeling you got one of your fork decals on the wrong way.

Other than that looks tip top  :daumenhoch:

Hey! It all came good in the end! Never seen a black trick star before I don't think, good choice Mark. The orange looks well radioactive. Had a good hollyoaks session on the Loewe today, a samsung came last week for another room, guess which one's shit in comparison?

thanks fellas for the kind comments, always nice to here someone else likes it to :coolsmiley:

I say its nearly finished, cos the pedals on it are MKS 202? (got from a radster) but I have a really nice set of MKS graphites which I was hoping to swap spindles over with. But they are different lengths :'(

Does anyone wants some 1/2" graphite spindles for 9/16" or does any one know if the numerous copies would have spindles that'll fit?

maybe the KHE ones?

Sorry about the nerdy techy post, but would really finish the bike off nice.

I very nearly painted the bars and seat post black, but they are both in really nice condition it seemed criminal to spray the original finish ::)
