Eddy the King needs to tuck his jeans in his socks before taking it for a spin.  I used to wear those carpenter style jeans when I started racing again and they got caught in the chain at least 2 or 3 times.  Worst time was on a rare occasion I was leading a lap into the  second last berm at Daggerz.  First to last cos my jeans were in the chain  :tickedoff:

The pic was taken at the Olympic training center in San Diego CA.  Mike King (Eddy's brother) is handling some of the BMX duties.

Here's a few more pics

The guys have to jump across this gap.  Two views:

Who can give us a name check on these guys?

I recognise Toby Henderson (brown shirt, blue jeans, pointy shoes), Eddy King and Stu Thomsen.

I thought the black dude was Sewell, but he looks a lot different without those thick specs he used to wear.  He's aged well compared to some of the other guys.

Who's the big fella next to Sewell?  I bet he's a stone or 10 heavier than when he raced.

Toby Henderson, Johnny Johnson, me, Perry Kramer, Eddy King, John Hinkle, Dave Clinton, Stu, Anthony Sewell and  Mike Redman of Redman bikes.  The guys on the outside are Olympic coordinators Steve Johnson (with microphone and not the Torker Steve) and I'm not sure the name of the other cat

Gary H took the above picture but here he is on this one with his kid

It's a replica of the Olympic track.  The US will know the track better than anyone come Olympic time.
