65 Schwinn Fastback--the BMX way

Back in the day, the Schwinn Fastback was the poor kid's way of getting a "true" bmx bike.  It had the straight down tube and it took very little to make it into a "Diamond frame"

I got this frame not long ago and been trying to figure out how to build it.  I had forgotten about the bars until I found them a couple days ago and the bike was built












Schwinn Fastback frame
Unknown fork
Unknown bars (Motorcycle?)
Waffle grips
Cheng Shin tires
Motomags
Schwinn Headset, BB, Crank, post and seat clamp
Troxel saddle and sissy bar
Chair pedals
Hunt Wilde plate
Cool handle bar with small snaps (never seen one--but Thanks Race-Inc!)
