can anyone help me with cog for the retro haro sport it has 14t at moment and i wanna get 13 or 12 from somewhere but cant seem to find any that fit

 :) Does it have a cassette hub or a freewheel? Odyssey do a 13t freewheel,and DK have a 12t freewheel.If it`s a cassette,perhaps an Odyssey or Shimano pattern cog will fit-no doubt someone on here will confirm.

its not cassette and its not freewheel its basically a cog thats got lockring holding it on .

greg, you cant fit a much smaller ring, as the chain fouls the locknut that holds it on.

you may JUST get away with 13, but if i were you id stick to the 39/14

i got a 12 from alans that fit on the hub, but was fouled by the chain.
