PIT BIKES??
« on: January 19, 2008, 11:02 AM »
they look cool :daumenhoch:
but are they actually usable for an adult???
well when i say adult 5ft 3"  :-[

we do a lot of camping in the summer and usually
take some OS bikes with us. but thought it may save
room if i built a pair of pits. and i think it would
be hilarious for peddling around campsites on ;D

pit bikes rule! I used to 360 mine and we used to race them quite competitively in the early 80's.

that homer pic reminds me of that CW pit bike they built with tiny wheels, now that was too stoopid to ride!

Stick some full size pro bars on and a nice long seatpost and they are okay - they still race them in the states!

Yeah that's a lovely bike. The pics of it up against its big brother in the museum are top notch!  :daumenhoch:
