As above - think the original hammerhead was release in 80ish and the turbo came later about 82. PM if you want to shift them.

79 - 80 for a hammerhead yes, not for turbo's as pictured above - they came later

Looking at one it says shovelhead but looks the same

Sounds like a copy to me - is it the bottom one - and does it have Uni stamped underneath?

If not i'd say its a copy
