I feel really stupid now.I always thought that a flip flop hub was built so you just screw on two different sized ordinary freewheels. Then, at the racetrack if you need to change your gearing quickly, all you do is whip your back wheel out and turn it around.

The l/h side is a regular freewheel but smaller not a l/h drive so you do just that, whip it out and switch it over
if you cant easily change the axle in the DK you could always machine / file some flats on its only a couple of mm each sidethen all you need is two drive sides for the crank and your there

Thanks guys.... but that sprocket wont work My mad mate Warren saw my pics of the Clemtwin system and insists he wants to build a Clemtwin esc setup. Possibly to go on his Crazy Goose. Crank arms are not a problem. I just figured the problem with a flip flop hub.... As you pedal it would undo one of the sprockets so some rethreading would be in order??
