I fancy getting some practice in before round two of the pride of essex race.

im allways there come rain or shine ... weather forecast is for heavy rain so I will be giving it a miss if it's raining.

We will try and pop over tomoz as well but doc has told me to slow down and chill cos of blood pressure so really depends what readings we get in the morning as to whether i stay in bed and let Ratty do the housework or we go Daggers
