did the very first landing gears have no holes
at all in the drop outs??
is there a way to tell if they are genuine?

From what I can gather there's two types of stamping (depends on which way the SE letters run). Earliest stamped 85 (goes with straight chainstay non loop tail frames) then the more common version after that 86 on. Anybody got pictures to clear this up.

I have a set of landing gear unstamped with 3 holes in dropouts? must be about 1982 ish?
