bloody hell they look well rough like this  :(.
anyway what the rest of you doing with them powder or paint.

I would paint, you aint gonna ride it and they were original with paintage.

yeh seriously, i am gonna use spray cans. lots of colours

then if i push the boat out, a few coats of 2k laquer to make it tougher

i once applied colour photocopies to a bike, then laquered over, and faded paint in at the joins. looked well good, and opens up a whole range of possibilities.

was like that when it turned up from rinis .just needs good clean down thats all.no paint to protect it from 20 years storage .ps i always powder mine as they prepare the frame too for 30 quid you cant go wrong .but paint is a better finish if done right i think .

no offence to those with green bikes but that light green they did the streetbeats in is awful.

that said, i did spray paint my bike that colour in 1985.
quickly followed by an orange candy stripe on the main tubes

oh, it looked nice.

- A Spanner
- A Burner
