hello i'am new to the site and thought i'd ask you guys for some info on my bike

i've got a red robinson rsr that i swaped for a gt performer in 1985, used to race this bike bitd, but would like to know the history of it, ie how many was made, what colours year of production etc

I'm sure that was a limited run of complete bikes built by Alan Woods, very rare if remember correctly...  does it have gold stickers?

i've just got the frame and forks atm, took the stickers off bitd :Aresehole: but it does have a gold sticker on the seat post tube

Oh dear, that'll make it a Robo Pro now then...  Have a word with Alan at Alans bike shop in Wigan, he should be able to point you in the right direction parts wise, he did build them after all ;)

ive emailed alan ref robinson stuff in the past..relevant stuff youwould have thought he has an interest in....no reply.

also aslked to speak to him ins the shop and been told he isnt taking calls cos its christmas and he's busy...

that makes him rude in my book.

got the bike out of the shed and gave it a clean, the number on the dropout is 5840164

will speak to alan next time i see him  :daumenhoch:
