need help to remove this bb usa limited tools

the only way i do it mate is with a bit of softish wood and a hammer and gently bang from ythe inside, going all the way round and trying to gently prize it out that way.

not sure if there's any magic way of doing them other than that mate? $:-\$

I dont think there is an actual tool for removing pressed bearings. Get a piece of wood or something soft like that ( dont use a screwdriver ) that fits through the centre and can be angled to sit on the inside edge of the bearing. Take care not to push on the shield or you might bust it.

Angle through the hole and use a mallet or hammer to gently tap them out a bit at a time. Just work round clockwise and it will slowly come out. If they were greased going in they shouldnt be too hard to get out.

I have a piece of dowel about 9inches long for doing this.

there is a proper tool to remove bearings
most gearbox shops have em
it opens up once inside then tap
or use a slide hammer
as they did my freewheel on me coaster
or use a 1/2 exstension bar
and gently tap the bearing out
