£50-£250

Chain reaction got good deals right now on 661 lids ( 05,06,07 ) , go for an MX one and not cheaper plakky MTB one . If you're not sure on sizes then find a dealer ( 661 for instance ) near you and go try 'em on .

Others are Bell , Troy Lee , No Fear , HJC etc etc etc .........................

Then go online & buy  ;)

I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

depeding on budget i have used a fly helemt and found it very good for the price seen them for as litle as £50, other lids i have used are the lazer mx7 which was very good but the peaks used to brake pretty easily also have quite a few arais these are awsome but you do pay for them!! ones i have used and wouldnt recomend are troy lee and thh but at present i have a a very badly fracture skull form my handle bar hitting my fore head so the helemt was pretty useless this time around!!
