Brake chatter

Fitted a dia compe hombre to my bike with super soft grippy pads (Acor transparent pads).Stops really well but chatters like crazy-really loud.I've tried toeing the pads in a bit but still the same.I'm reluctant to change pads cause they work well.Any ideas.I've got the loudest bike in the park at the moment!
