Frame straightening?

Headtube is slightly out compared to the seat tube when viewed from the front. Hope it makes sense.

Put the bb in a vice,with soft jaws of some sort,find a long bar to fit in the head tube(good fit) and start pulling on the bar,keep looking down the frame to see when its inline

most bike frames need tweaking straight from the jig,after welding,youll be amazed how much the frame moves after welding
