CLASS H FELONY

For a Class H Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $10,000, or imprisonment of up to 6 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction.

wont be seeing me £240 then . But it ll be worth it if the fooker goes down, the low life scum , i do believe in what goes round comes around. I wonder what the old bill over there will do about peeps hes had money off , whether hes got any assets etc? i would nt mind just having that ripper that i paid 4 , but i suppose its all to do with how many people he had over and who would be first in line . I wonder how many peeps he has conned?
