twas the point of doing it
-going from a 451mm wheel
to a 406mm wheel
I didn't have to cut the drop outs as the quick release would have let me do it

-but i had some one inch wheels on it -406mm
-anyway, - i sam going to tidy the drop up out a bit and nail varnish it
