why is that rare?

i'm no expert, but to me that just looks like a regular street beat thats been chromed and got Skyway TA stickers on it...
It doesn't look like the prototype model that Vanderspek (I think) rode.
But then again I know nothing about old school bikes.

But it does look nice...  :smitten:

Did the streetbeat have the same tapered seat tube like the TA?
The pictured one has the same seat tube as the TA. I'm no Street beat expert so let the caning commence.
