"is drainer buliding those?" NO!!! Hahaha!!!
Basically a few years back a local guy bought some ramps from Remo/Team Extreme & was going to use them at the community centre for workshops for local kids etc. Webb, Wallace etc were going to be involved but nothing ever came of it so, 2 weeks ago Mark calls the guy up to ask what he was doing with the ramps & he says "nothing, if you can collect them you can have them". Remo paid £80 of his own cash & hired a Luton & did a few trips with said ramps. Mark then spent £200 of his own money of new timbers/ply to re-furb the ramps & they spent a week working on them. I have just secured 30 odd sheets of ply from work at heathrow which hopefully I can get picked up this week & will be used for more new stuff @ southsea also?
A lot of people have a weird opinion of Mark, he can be a fookin pain in the ass, a bit over the top etc etc at times BUT you can question his dedication to what he loves...

with regard to his injury, he is still in hospital waiting on news of surgery. the original post was made after the 1st dumb doctor spoke with remo & mark. mark was adamant the doctor was clueless, which he was & insisted on further investigation. This in turn lead them to admit mark incase anything moved thus totally fooking him up.... I'll do my best to keep the thread updated with news....

Cheers mate. All the best to him.

Why you laugh at Drainer?   ;D    Is he not in the ramp building business full time these days?   Surely he's mucking in anyways?

Thanks for the full  story DJ, yea Remo did alot of work as well, as for
Drainer remember there was a fire in the spoon bowl that put it out
of action for all those months...................ALLEDGEDLY.

remo just posted this on myspazz, thought you'd like to read it......

"mark will be going home today or tomorrow but he has to basically lay down for 12 weeks.
they think the fractured vertabrae is stable so at the moment are not doing surgery.he will go back for more scans and x-rays in 2 weeks to make sure nothing has moved and if not then he is all clear for no surgery.
looks like he will make a full recovery but it will take time and it's going to be a tough job for Hollie and mark's friend's from stopping him riding too early as maybe he did after snapping his arm 4 months ago"

Gonna pop round today see how the little fella is, apparently
he is already answering the door to well wishers, as we all
know keeping Mark still is gonna be very hard work.

mark also made the daily tabloids today (the sun, daily mirror) about his injury. suprised that when steven murray had his accident that it didn't make the daily papers.
