ANYONE HELP?
« on: November 29, 2007, 01:38 PM »
:)Anyone help ID a frame I aquired today? My camera has vanished and my 4 year old daughter can only tell me "it`s somewhere".I can`t get any photos from  my mobile onto the PC,so would someone be able to do this if I send the pics to their phone? Maybe good for a chuckle.I can`t work out if the frame is a POS or possibly a turd.I got it NOS but it has no decals or serial number.I know a shop that has 10 of these, all NOS and they want £50 each, which in my opinion is about £49.99 too much.Don`t think I have ever seen such poor welding. The best thing is that t does have a coaster brake anchor!!!
                 Cheers,

                      James

:)Weighs as much as a Scammell. The seatstays are crimped where they join the seattube and the headset cups look like nuts(ie you could get a spanner on them) I was gonna swap it for some regular dustcaps but I just couldn`t  rip the guy off.

It's deffo a Freeway - must .... resist ...... temptation ..... to ........ buy ...... one  :LolLolLolLol:

See if you can get the price down to £25 each and I'll have one.

Failing that, let me know where they are and I'll see if I can do a deal for the lot and try to sell them on  :LolLolLolLol:
