Here you go Pickle my old mate. Not sure what it is, I think its a Raleigh. Don't think its cheap neither even though it has a bundle of copy parts on it.

Could be MT Racing Silverfox, any pics of the whole bike and not just the rear triangle?

I'm swaying towards an Tange too but the forks do look like Raleighs also, plus its got plenty of Raleigh style parts on it. Anyone else have an idea?  :)

Not an obvious Tange - based on the serial number.  I would say MT Racing Aero based on the ovaliased downtube, rear drop outs and ARX copy forks (don't recall ARX forks havng the washer retaining holes).

I thought mt racing had the strengthening bit under the downtube like the haro or ammaco?  :-\

That's an Anlun made frame.

Doubt it's a Haro, but Anlun did make Haro frames.

Don't think the aero tubed one had the little gusset at the headtube.  Thing is it looks so familiar, I'm going to have a look through my BMX mags to see if I can spot it.  The rear dropouts are what makes me think MT Racing, the way the it extends up the rear stay plus the ARX type fork  :-\.
